The way we exploit the Mother Earth, we can’t expect it to respect the human race.
Sometimes the nature has to show it’s wrath,
to keep the human race on the ground. (& sometimes below the ground.)

We each depend on one another. All life is important for all to survive on this planet. The animals depend on us. and we the animals. :O)

Yep. Darwin’s survival of the fittest. 🙂 Killing an animal to eat is one thing, but to kill 5 lacs of animals for your orthodox beliefs is barbaric.
And it’s ironic that they performed the ritual for their healthy lives but the nature fought back for the defenseless.
You can never progress and attain harmony but crushing others. Humanity lies in kindness and love. It’s wrong on so many levels that you are killing a being who is formed by God, to please the God. What kind of God would want that? Misconceptions and blind beliefs!

Sacrifices to the gods is nothing new. Even Christianity had a blood sacrifice to cover our sins. Sad to hear this today!

Exactly! I believe that all he needs from us is love, kindness and remembrance. Nothing more. He doesnot need sacrifices. He is God. He can have whatever he want. Why would he want us to sacrifice his own creations to him?
